International Shipping/Return Information

What countries do you ship to?

We currently offer international shipping to Canada. We are looking to expand to other countries in the upcoming months! 

What do you charge for shipping to Canada?

We charge a flat rate of $35 for UPS Standard shipping. Please note, you are responsible for any country-specific tariffs and duties, charged by your government to the purchasing party for importing items. 

Do you offer Expediated Shipping?

How can I track my order?

When your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. All Canada orders are shipped via UPS. Please visit https://www.ups.com and enter your tracking number to track your package. 

Will there be duties and taxes when I receive my package?

Yes. We are not in control of any country-specific tariffs and duties placed on your order by your respective government. Taxes and duties will most likely be charged on the item(s) you purchase. If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility. 

How do I return my purchase? 

Please email our team at support@herboutique.com with your order number and request to return. A printable "Return Form" will be sent to you via email. Please note, Canadian customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. HER. Boutique is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

What is your return and exchange policy? 

We accept returns postmarked within 45 days from the order shipment date. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. 

In order to be eligible for a refund, all returning items must have original tags attached, must be unworn and unwashed, and must be in the new condition in which they were sent. Any items returned with damages will not be refunded. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and will not be included in your total refund amount.

To exchange an item(s), please email support@herboutique.com with your order number and request an exchange. A printable "Return Form" will be sent to you via email. Please place an order for the item you wish to exchange. Once the returned item(s) is received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Including transit time, returns are processed within 1-2 business days. Please keep in mind, most returns are processed much sooner. Once your return has been processed and your refund issued, you will receive a return confirmation email with your credited amount.
