How do I return my purchase?

To return your item(s), follow the steps below:

  1. Email our team at support@herboutique.com with your order number and request to return. 
  2. A printable "Return Form" and UPS or USPS return label will be sent to you via email. 
  3. Follow the instructions on your return label to pack your item(s). 
  4. Mail it off at your nearest UPS or USPS location.

In order to be eligible for a refund, all returning items must have original tags attached, must be unworn and unwashed, and must be in the new condition in which they were sent. Any items returned with damages will not be refunded.

*Free shipping when using our UPS or USPS return label within 10 days of receiving items. If you use your own shipping label, you are not eligible for reimbursement. Please note, an $8 shipping cost will be deducted from your refund credit if you use our return label AFTER the 10 day period. Returns are not accepted after 30 days of receiving the items.

We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. HER. Boutique is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

Can I return items purchased on sale?

Yes, absolutely! Unless an item is marked as Final Sale, you may return it within our policy period.

How long do I have to make a return?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of your order shipment date. If returns are received after 30 days, you will be charged additional shipping fees to have items sent back. This applies to ineligible returns as well.

How do I print my return label?

By emailing our customer service at support@herboutique.com. You will be sent a return label via email, which you can then print and place on your shipment. Our preprinted return labels are only for use in the United States. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed.

How do I print my Return Form?

By emailing our customer service at support@herboutique.com. You will be sent a "Return Form" via email, which you can then print and place in your shipment. 

Where do I send my return?

Please initiate the online return process. Once completed, you will be provided with a UPS or USPS return label with our mailing address. You can also send your return through an insured traceable carrier to the same address.

Do I have to pay the return shipping?

We offer free return shipping if you use our return label within 10 days after receiving your order. The item will need to be mailed on or prior to the 10th day after receiving your package. After the 10th day, you may use our return label at a cost of $8, which will be deducted from your merchandise refund. You may also ship back the return with an insured and traceable shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend obtaining a receipt for all shipments and keeping it for your records. If you use your own shipping label, you are not eligible for reimbursement.

*Please note: When combining multiple orders as one return, the cost of the return label will be determined by the item with the oldest ship date.

Can I return item(s) purchased online to the retail store location?

Yes, absolutely!

How long does it take to get a refund?

Including transit time, returns are processed within 1-2 business days. Please keep in mind, most returns are processed much sooner. Once your return has been processed and your refund issued, you will receive a return confirmation email with your credited amount.
